Numbers app runs slow when there are formulae
On my IPad, the numbers app runs slow when a spreadsheet has formulae in it. Will the app work better on a Mac book?

Most MacBooks are more powerful than most iPads (age notwithstanding), so it would likely be faster.
Is your spreadsheet is unusually large or complex? In my experience, the difference should be negligible unless the spreadsheet exceeds the memory of the system you're running on.
