How do I add my Korg Triton Pro as a MIDI Controller in Logic Pro 11?

I have a Korg Triton Pro and I want to add to add it as MIDI Controller. I saw there was a link from 2007 asking the same question. That didn't help. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Next I am trying to see my patch names when I am using my Triton Pro as an External MIDI instrument and that is working fine but numbers instead of patch names. I have added patch names to bank 1 but it's not working. I have the same issue with my Roland JV-1010.

HELP!

How are you connecting it, via USB or MIDI cable into MIDI interface?

If you can attach it via USB, MacOS and Logic should detect it automatically.

Have you checked the Audio MIDI Setup app? In the Window menu, Show MIDI Studio or ⌘2

As for preset names, I've run into this before and as I recall, numbers are what the MIDI standard uses for presets, not names. Such as when using CC #'s to change presets remotely.
