Can I revert to a previous iOS version after an update on iPhone?

• Settings > Display and Brightness > Liquid Glass > Set it to Tinted.
• Settings > Accessibility > Display and Text Size > Turn on Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast. Also turn on Show Borders.
