I got Open Office to install and then I got it to run using System Settings Security. However, I cannot even install qbittorrent because I get an error message from Apple. Is there a way to override that to launch the dmg file?

That's good but why would you want to run an app that is "barely supported"?

From their site: "The macOS version is barely supported, because we don't have active macOS developers/contributors."
Sonoma is the last supported version listed.

Well, I got it to launch. I'll have to see if it actually works.
