How do I fix persistent Wi-Fi disconnection and unresponsive Wi-Fi settings on my iPad?

so basically the wifi on my ipad is completely bugged out. When I go to settings, and turn on the wifi ,the wifi on/off button always stays on and when I click on it, it immediately switches back to on in like a millisecond.also, there is no wifi whatsoever that pops up when I go to settings. And when i finally find my wifi after restarting my ipad a lot of times, i connect, then when i think the problem is solved , the wifi just didlsconnects and kicks me out of the wifi in settings. Also, i tried resseting wifi settings, completely erasing and reseting the ipad, deleting the wifi from the ipad, nothing works:(
