This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple here.
Not sure what you mean by "give me the iPhone". But if your account is set to an age that requires being part of Family Sharing, then there's no way around it. It seems the iPhone has an underage account set on it, and requires Family sharing to be completed. If you recently changed the birthdate for the account below the age limit it may result in this situation.
Check the Apple Account's age at https://account.apple.com and make sure it's set to an age above the limit.
