I have lost my contact icon from my iPhone. I have looked everywhere and it has disappeared - I have now reset the Home Screen and scores of apps have appeared but still no contacts!
Can anybody help me please ... with language that I, as a non tech person, can understand? Thanks so much
Open the App Store and search for Contacts. Does it show Open or a cloud icon?
If it shows a cloud icon, it was uninstalled, meaning you can tap it to redownload.
If it shows Open, it is installed on your device but is likely hidden from your Home Screen. On any App Page, swipe down and search for Contacts. Then, drag it back down to the app page.

Recovering Lost App Icon:
Keep swiping in front the right, until you get to the App Library. Drag & Drop the Contacts app back to the desired Home Screen.
