Apple watch SE gen2 not tracking sleep

Why am I getting "No Data" for my sleep score? I assume that the watch is not tracking my sleep.

Yes on all three fronts. I used to get a nice daily graph of my sleep, now "No Data" is all I get on my iPhone, Apple watch, and Health app on both. I've got a sleep schedule showing, but there's no way for me to check if that means anything other than when Focus starts the sleep monitoring...which it doesn't seem to be doing. I have been sleeping, so I am at a loss for why I am not getting any data. And yes, the updates are the usual target of blame for any spooky goings on, but these things did occur right after the update. I'd love to get my data back. It would probably improve my sleep 17% not being frustrated by the "No Data" demon(s).

The Health app is installed on my Apple Watch, and it is listed in the Watch app on my iPhone.

If you go to the settings for Sleep in the Watch app on your iPhone, did you make sure, that " Track Sleep with Apple Watch" is still enabled, and on the bottom of the page you see "Don't Use This Watch for Sleep" as an option to turn sleep tracking off for this watch, in case you are using more than one watch?

In case the settings are still correct, erasing the watch and setting it up as a new device would be the next step, in case your backup data contains the issue.

Just to make sure, in case your watch has been set up by using the family setup option, sleep tracking is not available.
