On the same page, go to iCloud Backup and turn on the switches for iCloud Backup. Then when you go to bed at night and you plug your phone to charge, with Wifi, your iPhone will backup every night, ensuring your data is always backed up.

Be very careful about overdoing your data security protection. Apple offers extensive data security options (such as Lockdown Mode) that you should not use unless you believe you might be targeted by a highly sophisticated cyberattack, such as by a private company developing state-sponsored mercenary spyware.
