MOVE Ring calories are not same as active KCAL from exercise in watch Series 3

I have Apple Watch series 3 from ages (only one I have so far) with watchOS 8.8.1. I have question on MOVE ring calculations.

Today, I did a workout in GYM. I logged 317 active kilocalories , 391 of total kilocalories. Its visible in the health app.

I also cycled to my GYM, and tracked the cycling workout on strava app. I logged 191 KCAL. This data was then synced with health app and is also visible. strata app auto paused while I was working out and then restart the tracking again after working out & on the way back. I stopped starve after reaching home. I stopped workout (mixed cardio) as soon as workout was over in the GYM.

Now, the MOVE ring shows only 214 KCAL. That is disappointing. I thought move ring should be 317+191 KCAL or at least 317 KCAL.

The sources of the data I noticed were in wrong order. First source was apple watch with some data from Feb 2025. Second one Apple Watch again with data prior to Feb 2025. I remember unpairing and pairing again in Feb for better calibration. And Apple Watch with todays data was second last in the source list followed by strata in last position.

Now the question is if apple knows I burnt at least 317 KCAL of active calories, why is it not reflecting the same in MOVE ring? I never had this issue earlier or maybe I did not notice. Can someone help here to let me know what's happening and if my expectations above are correct
