How do I fix an Apple Watch that won't connect to iPhone and is stuck in the initial setup screen?

HELLLLLLP Please. My Apple Watch had a hissy fit and now I can’t connect it to my iPhone, I’ve gone through the process, capturing image on watch, and all the rest and after quite some time it just keeps saying , on my iPhone, can’t connect but also I can even get into MY WATCH icon as it’s fixed on a screen saying Pairing and I’ve already done all that but I do it again and every time it just isn’t accepting my watch and my watch is still NOT WORKING and it is FULLY Charged and it is literally Place side by side my IPhone. Any clues? Many thanks for your time x
