How to disable touchscreen mode when using mouse and keyboard on iPad?

instead of allowing my mouse to become an external touch device (to stop turning on touchscreen mode whenever i use my mouse and keyboard) how do i get it to act as a pc mouse (with a cursor and to stop turning on touch screen mode) i have an ipad a16 if this helps at all

Not entirely sure what you mean.

There is no such thing as a "Touchscreen mode".

The iPad is a touch device, it has a touch screen, you cannot turn that off, you simply stop interacting with the screen when you have a mouse and keyboard attached.
