The number of icons per row varies on the iPad screens.
Why does the iPad Pro 2005 11" have only 4 icons in a row on the first screen, but 5 icons in a row on the second screen?
Because the clock is a widget that takes up more space than a normal icon, I would imagine.
you can remove it if you so choose
