Apple iPad Mini 6 screen non responsive

Apple iPad Mini 6 screen unresponsive, been an ongoing issue since I bought this iPad, looking at the discussion on this feed seems to be an ongoing issue with many customers. This defeat should have been rectified by now as it obviously not a one of situation. Having to restart the iPad every time the screen does not respond is inconvenient and should not be the only option.
