airpods pro 3 wobble in case and magnets dont seem to be as strong anyone else having this problem

Ok so I’ve come to realise my son and daughters do the same another question tho if someone could help me anyone have a problem with slow charging ie pods were on 93 and it took nearly 30 mins to get to 96 and optimise charging is off
