How do I report unauthorized credit card use for an Apple purchase and retrieve funds?

someone used my credit card to buy from apple.com/bill

the bank told me to contact apple to give you back your money and retrieve the money

i cant contact any apple costumer care service and there is no option to have live chat with any employee
