Finder window to display Documents folder - but how?

The Finder window shows Favourites only, nothing from the iCloud or Locations folder options. I'm trying to get Documents (now only under iCloud) into the Finder window sidebar. Settings allows changes of the Favourites folders only. How to fix? many thanks!
