Are you sure that is exactly the message? I’ve never seen that message before.

Does Touch ID work to unlock your iPhone? If not, have you had the screen replaced by a 3rd party provider (rather than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider)

If Touch ID does work what is the nature of your issue?
