does anyone have attention aware issues after ios 26.2 update? I have an iPhone 16plus and since updating about 2 weeks ago, iPhone doesn’t reduce sound when I’m looking at it for any notifications. I’ve tried restarting, hard reboot, turning attention aware features on and off, cleaning the camera, etc. haven’t tried full reset which seems like the only option now, but I’d rather not if I can help it. Any ideas please?

it wasn’t my intention to blame the update - was really just checking if anyone noticed the same (when I was trying to post had to include a title so I just used my 1st sentence)

No, my phone isn’t jail broken.
I’ve tried the solutions you suggested and no luck. Will keep trying other suggestions and then maybe go to an Apple Store for help eventually.

On iOS, the Attention Aware feature prevents unlocking unless you are actively looking at the screen. Is that working? It has nothing to do with reducing sounds.
