sorry for that , it's called activation lock , and u can unlock ur devcie only if you have the apple ID and password and in this cas you can type it direct on the device or the invoice so u can send to apple and they will delete the apple account , you said ur account ahve been locked , did u try to use iforgot.apple.com ?

You didn't understand their issue. They bought a used iPhone, which is activation locked. Apple won't unlock it for them and they didn't forget their Apple Account. The phone is useless to them and they should either get their money back or recycle the phone.

From what you say, it sounds more like you bought a second-hand phone that is locked to someone else's Apple Account, than that your "other Apple account is locked automatically without any reason."

If the phone is indeed Activation Locked to someone else, and you neither know the credentials it is asking for, or have the original invoice from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, the phone is useless to you on purpose. As lobsterghost1's User Tip explains, Activation Lock is a theft deterrent system that you cannot bypass. If a second hand iPhone is Activation Locked, that means at the very least that the previous owner did not properly prepare it for transfer to a new owner. In many cases it means that the previous owner did not willingly part with the phone; that it is lost or stolen property.

That's unfortunate, but you clearly bought an Activation Locked used iPhone and without the original purchase receipt from Apple, which shows the phones serial number on it, Apple will NOT unlock the phone for you.

Buying used iPhones from someone you don't know is often a recipe for disappointment and lost money. If you can return the phone for refund, do so. But if you bought from someone you don't know and you can't reach them, you've been scammed and all you can is recycle the phone responsibly and learn from this unfortunate buying decision.

There is no way around it, if Apple support told you want needs to be done and you can't provide said info.

My other apple account is locked and can’t be used
