Function keys 1-6 on Apple Magic wireless keyboard (with keypad and touch ID) not working after update to Tahoe 26.2. Function keys F7-F12 work as expected. I have tried changing accessibility settings, adding US-Extended keyboard, etc.

Do you mean the 'standard' functions including display brightness, Mission Control, Spotlight, etc.? Or the functions as F1, F2, etc.? Have you checked settings in System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts?
I typically use a Magic Keyboard (with num pad and Touch ID) with my docked Macs, and the function keys work normally on macOS 26.2 (though the brightness keys do nothing for the external display in clamshell mode, that's expected and they do work for the internal display, including on a second Mac with Universal Control).
Make sure this switch is turned On:
