improving bouncing video sound using iMovie or Logic Pro.

Hi, I recently shared a live feed during my wedding on Facebook. I was able to download the video but sadly the sound is bouncing around in the recording. Is it possible to clean the sound or isolate it? I've tried sound isolation and various EQ settings but nothing improved. I think I need more advanced instruction. If anyone has any resource suggestions I'd appreciate it. I have both iMovie and Logic Pro. I'm using a MacBook Air Tahoe V26.1

Thanks in advance.

Hi, it's more of a reverb issue. The video was recorded in a church and the sound went up and out due to the direction of the recording. I just want to isolate it better. Thanks

I was able to tamp down most of the reverb in one of my own live recordings by using Wavearts Masterverb 7. I had to experiment with the controls, but it worked quite well. It's a plugin, so you need a host app to use it, such as Final Cut, Audacity, Sound Studio, GarageBand, etc. BTW, there is a free trial, so you can give it a go before purchasing it.

Unfortunately iMovie does not use plugins. but you could try using the Reduce Background Noise audio effect
