When using Pitch correction in Logic pro 11.2, how do I keep it from affecting the other tracks/keep it only on the vocal track I want it on?

You've inserted two instances of pitch correction on the Stereo Out mix channel. Of course it's affecting the entire mix.
You need to remove the effect from the Stereo Out channel and insert it on your vocal mixer channel only.

A plugin only affects the track or - to be more exact - the channel strip into which you have inserted the plugin.
Could you post a screenshot? Have you inserted the plugin on a bus/aux?
Do you see that little shadow of a gap below the Echo effect in the Vocal channel in your pic?
Click that to add another effect to that channel.

thanks. I'm able to remove it from the stereo out but having trouble adding it to the vocal channel
