Apple TV slow since 26.2 (23K54) update

Since updating my Apple TV 4K to 26.2, videos in any app, take a few seconds to load then start a few seconds before audio the audio kicks in. I need to go back to the start of the video to catch anything missed (not a huge problem for most, but a lot of youtube starts with people talking). Things worked perfectly fine prior to this update. Troubleshooting, I moved the apple TV to go direct into the TV to use ARC through the audio system. I've unplugged the apple tv for hours and plugged it back in, also swapped cables. Nothing resolved the issue. I also have a PS5 and Xbox with no issues so the issue is very much connected to just the apple TV. I've plugged my roku back in as a test and the roku works without issue. Looking online, I havent found anyone else reporting this. Any thoughts?
