bluetooth headphones start stuttering when turned my head either way. I’ve tried everything, restarts, settings resets, everything. It isn’ta headphones issue as it works perfectly on my ipad. This issue is with basically all Bluetooth devices.

On your iPhone, go to the Settings app, then tap the name of your AirPods near the top of the screen. Tap Personalized Spatial Audio, then tap Personalize.

never had problems using Creative Outlier Free Pro+ on my 3th pair because I keep breaking them, used then with an iphone 11 and now a 17pro
maybe there is something wrong with your phones hardware causing periodic defect connection.
I have sony headphones, not airpods. The heasphones arent the problem, but the connection is.
