That would be something you'd want to ask of Verse. They aren't an Apple product.
Contact the maker of the earbuds for how to pai the device and any troubleshooting instructions.
I did just that yesterday and they have provided me with a customer service ticket. Will touch base with them after the new year. Was just hoping someone had a quick fix. Thank you for your response. Wishing You and Yours a happy, healthy and prosperous year to come.
I know they are not, but if these earbuds were Apple AirPods Pro 2 or 3 the translation would need an iphone with AI (15 pro or later)
