Hello! How to activate the MMS on my Iphone 13. Updated to the latest version of ios. There is no iption to turn on the MMS on my end. The number and email were already checked in receive and send in messages settings. My network provider is SMART or TNT.
This is not because of your phone. MMS is a carrier feature so you’d have to check with them.

my mms settings are located in
settings->mobile service->mobile data network
under the mobile data groupbox there is a groupbox named mms it contain the mms settings used by my carrier
Have you gone down further on that page? You need to look further down to the section called Text Messaging, where the option for RCS and MMS is located. You need to contact your carrier for help with Messaging. Carriers are responsible for how messages are sent.
Also, you're on low power mode and certain features are defeated when you are low power mode.
Check your carrier's cost for MMS. In my country it's like 50 pence a go ($0.45) which is why we all use Whatsapp for sending images and large files for free.
Thanks! I tried reaching out to them, but it’s really hard to connect with them. I also tried searching in other platforms if others are experiencing the same issue. Some found they still able to use MMS even though their network is smart.
I already checked the settings. My number has no restrictions. Even my phone has enough battery and not in low power mode on, those features really not visible in my end.
