Apple intelligence app not showing

That's a Chinese market model. The Chinese government does not allow Apple Intelligence so models meant for the Chinese market don't have the option to enable it.

Until the Chinese government allows Apple Intelligence there's no way to get it on that model.

That model is for the Chinese market, and will not have Apple Intelligence.

Apple Intelligence is not an App. It s a collection of features across the operating system.

Go to Settings ➜ Apple Intelligence & Siri and make sure it's turned on.

If there is no setting there, post your model number.
