Unable to play “Sneaky Sasquatch” from Apple Arcade with my controller on my iPad Air

Hello Everyone! I am using iPad Air 5th Generation and my iPadOS version is “18.6.2”. My problem is, I am currently trying to play a game called “Sneaky Sasquatch” from Apple Arcade with my controller. The problem is any other control supported games can see my controller and I can even control my iPad with it but this game I’m trying to play is somehow can’t see my controller which it’s model is “Logitech F710” Sooo any idea what is wrong with this situation?

Not really, but I'm not sure apple require app developers to support external controllers to be added to apple arcade

you can verify if this is the case by reaching out to the developer of the game by using
