There are none. Longtime volunteers here never recommend “cleaning” apps because they do more harm than good. The photos app can search for duplicate photos.

Only you know what is junk that you have installed on your phone. The only duplicates I am aware of are in the Photos app, and there is an option to do that in the app. My recommendation is the same as others to NEVER install any app that claims to clean your device.

Likewise, never install any app that claims to improve the security of your device or “protect” it.
