Can Apple Watch tell if someone doesn't move for a long time?
Can Apple Watch detect if someone is immobile (NOT from a fall)? Like if they are too ill to move, or had a stroke, for example? Thanks

If you are worried about a family elder and being able to monitor them, then no, sorry. It has been asked before.
Thanks. I read some more and it apparently won't work. While you can call for help via a watch, it is too complicated for this elderly person. (He became ill and too weak to call out or get up; I found him several hours later => hospitalization.) Looks like some sort of medic alert system will be our best bet.
Thanks to all for responding.
Yes in theory It should
Why don’t you explain in a bit more detail what you would like to accomplish with the watch and in what context.
