Apple TV preorder/purchase not playing on any device

I recently paid for pre order of the film Wicked : For good. In the UK it was released on the 2nd January 2026. The money was taken from my account and I received email confirmation. I have tried to play the film on multiple devices, contacted apple three times (to no resolution) and still it will not play. There is no errror message - just that it’s unable to play the content. It gives no troubleshooting. My devices are up to date, new iPhone / MacBook and LG TV. I can play other titles and purchases but not this one that I specifically paid for pre-order. HELP!!!
