In trying to submit a question to the community, both in the Brave browser then Safari, I am taken to either error page 429 "Too Many Requests" (which appeared even on my first attempt), or error page 403 “Forbidden” or showed a red banner displaying “Your post could not be saved. Please try again in a few moments.” Update: this worked after 9(?) attempts...

It’s nothing on your end. It’s been having off-and-on issues for a lot of people. I’m sure it will resolve.
