I exported my health data on my iPhone running ios26.2 and copied the zip file via airdrop. The export froze the first time but exported the second time. Now my health data app shows more than 5 GB of data which is a copy of the zip export. The amount of data should be about 500MB. how do I delete the zip file. This is keeping me from backing up my iPhone to iCloud.

I finally fixed the issue by re-exporting my health data and it cleaned up the file.
If you believe your Health data shouldn’t exceed 500 MB, then exporting it should result in a ZIP file of roughly 10 MB — not something as large as 5 GB. That size definitely looks abnormal. Try force-restarting your iPhone and check again.
Side note: If 5GB of data is preventing backup, it suggests you are on the free 5GB icloud plan. That is not intended to back up iphones. You really out to pay for 50 or 200GB iCloud plan to use the phone proficiently for photos and to back it up. Cost of a coffee or less per month.
