Safari 26.2 Favicons disappear and how to fix it permanently

On a regular basis favicon disappear from my Safari 26.2 and just show the gray box with the first letter instead. This happens literally every day and I am tired of it. Sometimes I need to restart Safari, and then click on each and every pinned tab and they show up again. Other times not even that is working and i have to clear Caches for all profiles and sometimes I have to go in and remove the favicon cache manually. Then reload each pinned page. Then the favicon show for a while, but disappear again after a few hours. Why? and How to Fix Permanently?
