Help with connecting Bluetooth MIDI keyboard automatically with DAWs

I bought a cheap Rockjam RJMK25 MIDI keyboard which actually - for what I paid for it - works really well.

My issue is this, when using it in Bluetooth mode, I have to go into 'Audio MIDI Setup>Midi Studio>Bluetooth Configuration' and 'Connect' every time I load Logic or Studio One after device has been switched off or Mac wakes from sleep.

The device is always seen in MacOS BT devices as connected, but not in Audio MIDI Setup.

Can anyone offer advice on this? I tried in DAW forums, but didn't get any joy.

Thanks.
