Logic Pro playing unassigned instruments on current project only.

Thanks for your response. A screen shot will only show my work flow and nothing looks out of the ordinary there. This is a unique problem and APPLE is working on it as well. On this one project, even with all tracks muted, when I play the controller it will play the drums for the orchestra Percussion kit and several other instruments like it is frozen on this instruments. Sometimes if I click on a track it will pay the instrument on that track but will continue to play the drums from the Perc kit (and other instruments I can't identify). It is almost like it is stuck on that on group of voices. WhenI add a new track it will not allow me to assign an instrument, it will only play what it is stuck on. Now all the tracks will play what is assigned to them, thank god that has not been affected. Also no other project is it doing this. They all work fine. I have compared the projects and see no difference in the settings but I still believe that has something to do with the midi controller settings and how they are assigned internally. I will also mention that I use no outside plugins-only Logic Pro.
