Unable to complete iCloud+ Upgrade Plan purchase after plan selection

I am trying to renew my inactive iCloud+ subscription and it shows upto plan selection screen and after selection of plan it takes to next dialog where it shows selected plan but it does not ask for Passkey to verify the payment and complete the transaction. I do have funds in my App Account but still it is not letting me complete the transaction. Can someone guide me what could be wrong?

If you go to Settings > Apple Account (your name at the top) > iCloud, does it have a message at the top that there are new terms & conditions? Sometimes you have to accept these first before you can do anything with iCloud.


If not, then under the iCloud menu, go to Storage > Change Storage Plan, and try to upgrade from there.


Also, if you have any VPN on, turn it off, as it can create interference with things like this.
