Sync Apple Podcasts to iPod nano 4th gen (Windows)

I have an 4th gen iPod nano, and want to sync apple podcasts to it using my windows computer. The podcast is uploaded daily, so downloading the file via a 3rd party is not an option as it takes too long in the mornings. Is there ANY way I can put podcasts on the iPod using apple podcasts? There is no option for podcasts in the windows apple music app, nor an option in the windows apple devices app. There is no iTunes for windows.
