How to adjust GarageBand ringtone volume for alarms

Suggestion on how to change the volume when you use garage band to output a ringtone for an alarm as it is loud and not manageable. When you use the fade in feature, it works in garage band, but when exported as a ringtone, it defaults to the same volume. The goal is to make new ringtones as alarms and not have them on full blast volume to wake you up.

Seems like there is a bug in the latest ios 26 or the feature is not enabled as the Alarm feature to add alarm ringtones. Wake Up feature has this but no way to add ringtones as there are currently 9 of them below the Haptics menu.
