"It did not download on my iphone 15" You say you did not even download the app. Are you sure about this? Your iPhone 15 is capable of running it if you keep the system updated on it. "Search for it ( Use Spotlight Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support ). Swipe down from the middle of any home screen and type the name of the app into the search field at the top of the screen. If it is in a folder, it will show the folder on the right of the app name after you tap on the app when it appears in the search."

It is possible with some vendors to make purchases/subscriptions directly with the vendor through their web site. Then they will not appear in your Apple purchase history, but then too Apple has nothing to do with managing that purchase, you have to work with the vendor directly. Edit:
You have not been scammed. When making a purchase from Apple you have to undertake multiple very deliberate steps which are part of agreeing to the terms of purchase. Whether or not you read them is up to you (I agree, many are long and tedious, but they are a contract). If you signed up with the vendor directly then it has nothing to do with Apple and you are agreeing to the vendor's terms. Apple provides a way for you to cancel subscriptions. A vendor should have a way for you to do it if you subscribed directly through them. Do not cancel a card if you did this through Apple because if you add another card Apple will just charge it instead. If you cancel a card with the vendor directly then it is between the two of you.

Notes:
• You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
• If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. An "Expires" date (instead of "Renews") means the current subscription has been canceled but will work until the expiration date. "Resubscribe" (or Renew) is just in case you change your mind about having it end.
• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.
• Free trials will usually automatically turn into paid subscriptions unless you cancel in time.
• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the bottom of the support document.
• Many subscriptions are set to renew automatically until you intentionally cancel them.
