Apple TV control for TV, cable box, Bose Soundbar setup

I want to connect my Apple TV, Samsung smart TV, Samsung cable box and Bose Ultra Soundbar, running the system from Apple TV. Have not set this up as yet, any suggestions as to the best way to connect the 4 devices and have start-up and control through Apple TV?
