iPhone 13 Pro Max camera: 0.5x/3x lenses revert to 1x

Lost connection to wide angle (0,5) and 3x camera. Everytime i try to connect to those lenses, it kicks me back to 1x camera. Its on iphone 13 pro max.

iPhone 13 Pro Max camera zoom issue Whenever I try to take pictures on the regular photo mode, the zoom only goes from 1 to 5. There is no 0.5 zoom being shown. When in portrait, it’s stuck on 3x and everytime i try to go to 1x, it doesn’t allow me to. I have an Iphone 13 pro max. Sometimes I’ll get a message in my settings saying that the camera is doing this due to a aftermarket part installed, however i never installed anything and my phone is the same as factory. what shall i do?
