How to stop the Play button in the menu bar changing position in the menu bar (top right of the screen)?
I want it as the first button, and it always goes in the last position, before the control center.

Sounds like the Now Playing icon is set to "Show when Active" and moving to last position when activated.
Try setting the Now Playing icon to "Always Show in the Menu Bar" and then move it to the desired position.

If it is always showing, then it should stay where you place it in relation to other constant icons.
The problem with putting it in the left position, is that new icons that come and go, will go to the left of it.
To move it, hold the Command key and drag it to the desired position.
In macOS 26 (Tahoe), the menu bar icons displayed on the right side are dynamically managed based on the available horizontal space.
If the menu bar becomes overcrowded, icons that do not fit will simply be hidden from view without notification
