Apple Pages – pageless view
I'm using Pages 14.4 on a MacBook Pro running Tahoe.
My document will end up online, so an pageless view would be preferable.
I understand that Pages does offer an pageless view, but I can't find it under Document Set Up or under Views. What am I missing?

Apple removed pageless view in MacOS 26/Pages 14.4 (or sometime before... I don't know for sure exactly when). As such it's no longer possible to have a true single 'continuous flow' document.
The closest you can get is Inspector -> Document and turn off Headers and Footers, and reduce the Document Margins to 0:
This will give you the closest effect, but you'll still see a line across the page where the page break would be if there was one.

Thinking back to ancient scrolls (very wide or very tall sheets of parchment or papyrus) perhaps we can create a very tall page in Pages.
In Pages, Menu > File > Page Setup I started with A4 Paper Size.
Click in the Paper Size Pop-Up Menu and choose Manage Custom Sizes... at the bottom.
Click on the + button, bottom left to create a new Custom Size. I called mine Scroll.
I set the height to 10000 mm Ten metres of paper with no page breaks!

I also use Safari, but that's not why I have all of these sizes. Too many times, the pages don't break where I'd like & cut pictures or paragraphs. In Tahoe, I can mostly see in the print dialog box where the breaks are & pick a different size to get what I want.
What I suspected. Thanks for giving me that clarity.
I have set up many custom paper sizes that I use mostly for saving web pages as PDFs.
Firefox has a save to file print panel that automatically paginates the web page content in the saved PDF. My default is Safari, unless I need to do the first sentence.
