Contacts to Numbers: Missing phone/address fields

Hi there. I'm copying my 1,000-or-so contacts from Contacts to Numbers as described here and elsewhere. Basically, I'm selecting all my contacts and then dragging them over into a blank spreadsheet in Numbers.

This copied all the contacts, but only a few fields for each: I've got columns for First Name, Last Name, Company, and Email. Unfortunately, nothing else -- no phone numbers and no addresses. And if the email was labeled "Home" or "Work" it doesn't appear in the Numbers spreadsheet.

Is there any way to copy over more of the Contacts fields? Four fields are better than nothing, but it's still pretty limited!
