Apple doesn't pre-announce end-of-support dates. That said, history demonstrates that iPad models typically receive five to seven years of hardware and OS-update support from initial release of a device model. In the latter period of support, update support becomes limited to occasional security updates.
Your iPad 10 was released in 2022. As such, you might reasonably anticipate that your current iPad will be capable of update to the next one or two major versions of iPadOS - and that security patches may continue for at least a year thereafter. In absence of an EOL announcement by Apple, this is of course speculative - based purely upon historical precedent.
While older devices continue to have utility beyond the mainstream period of support, they inevitably become more prone to unpatched and emerging security threats and exploits.
