17 pro max white balance issues on native camera app
When I open my camera app, the white balance is considerably off. Either very yellow or very blue.
It takes a good 20 seconds of showing the camera different light and shades to focus on before it manages to correct itself.
The phone is a 17 pro max and I have just upgraded from 16 pro.
never had this issue on 16 pro. My partner has 16 pro still and has no issue.
if I download and run a third party camera app there is no problem, it only seems to be on the built in Apple camera app.
i have tried various setting changes and adjustments.
i have tried restarting the phone.
is this just a straight up software issue that will get fixed?
or is my new phone defective?
is this a known issue?
