If Weather and Calendar are opening in windows at startup/login.

If you are running macOS Venture or later:

Go to Apple > System Settings > Users & Groups > Login Items & Extensions > Remove them from the List.

see > Open items automatically when you log in on Mac - Apple Support

If you are running macOS Monterey or earlier:

Go to Apple > System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items > Remove them from the List.

see > Open items automatically when you log in on Mac - Apple Support
