Why are there numbers all over my screen and how do I turn them off?
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 26
Found it: Open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Voice Control: Ensure that this switch is set to OFF

That is hard to address in this "can't touch your phone" setting without at least a screen shot.

You need to set your phone's camera format options to "Most Compatible" from Settings > Camera > Formats.
"High Efficiency is not a web-supported format it appears.
To post the image here, it needs to be 5MB or less. Use the "Image Insertion" tool the place the image in a reply:

That is an Accessibility feature, but I don’t remember which one. Go to Settings/Accessibility and try turning most settings off.
